We know your frustration with pre-cooking Chicken for recipes. It ends up TOUGH! But we are here to tell you the way to get it perfect every single time!
The first necessary step is to cut it into the same thickness. For this, you should cut off the tenderloin along the tendon. Then take the larger part and butterfly it into two equal portions. Now look at the tenderloin you cut off first. If it is thicker than your other parts, butterfly it as well. Usually the tenderloin is thinner to start with and you will end up with three pieces about the same thickness.
Next, preheat the oven for 400 degrees. Put your chicken pieces in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool before cutting into cubes.
This chicken will turn out perfect every time!
